    Breathing intentionally is the most impactful medicine that anyone can bring into their life. 

     

    It is something we all do, it can be done silently or loudly... in the car, at work, at the shops... alone or in a group... in a minute or over hours.

    ​

    Breathwork breaks open the false belief that we are subject to reality and re-empowers us to be the active author of our own lives.

     

    Breathwork can help you unweave and heal inner places of pain, doubt and fear. The breath opens you up to unearth wisdom from deep within your bones and soul, and holds you as you embody that which has been waiting to be remembered.

    Learn how breathing intentionally differs from everyday breath. 
    Gain knowledge about the anatomy and physiology relevant to breathwork, including recognizing abreactions and making appropriate adaptations for individuals.

    The Spirit of Breath
    Embrace the phenomenal power of connection to your inner self and the sensation of being supported by your intuitive felt sense. This helps deepen your relationship with one another.

    The Art of Breath
    .  Learn various styles of breath to give your body and mind the peace, clarity, and encouragement needed at anytime. Open the mind and creatively strength your awareness of what can be possible  in multiple avenues of life and work. 

    and Transformative Self-Practice 
    Fine craft the transformative breath into practical applications for routine daily life. Respond to yourself â€‹with new resourced awareness of compassionate and empowering techniques.

    An Example of a Flexible Schedule:

    Workshops can vary from 2 hour to 8 hours for groups

    Fee will be based on time, plan and potential resources necessary for the event - see my flexible fee structure here

    Multi-day retreats are also possible but would be a different structure/additional content based on your group

    Hour 2: Practice various breath styles (will depend on group objectives)

    More than just a style of breathwork

    I am an 800-hr, trauma informed breathwork teacher.

    ​

    I trained with the rigorous and thorough Breathing Space program - completing the practitioner and teacher trainings. Here is my member page.​ I am also certified with the Global Breathwork Practitioners Alliance.

    For me, breathwork became the catalyst to step away from the “shoulds” of life, and into my own integrity. The breath held me as I went rogue from convention and pursued medicine work through Celtic Keening and Shamanic healing. My story shifted from one of fear and hiding, into one of authentic presence and confidence.

    Weaving my experience as a breathwork teacher with my decades of experience as a museum educator - I will bring such creative, playful practice, and share empowering skills for your group.
