Cacao sessions are between 2-3 hours long and done in a series.
We will work together in micro doses, finding your "medicinal dose" amount, and then begin a series of cacao sessions for deep healing, emotional and personal evolution and expansion of your connection to the world around you.
This is the heart opening medicine that facilitates forgiveness and acceptance of the self... it is powerful, and you will be energetically supported by Martha the entire time.
There will always be follow up with Martha - for hours, days, and weeks after your sessions.

Cacao is a sacred medicine that comes from the 20/20 belt across the whole earth. Grown, harvested and sold by indigenous communities across Central and South America, countries in Africa, and South East Asia - this heart medicine is coming out in abundance to meet the needs of our time.
Indigenous communities tend, grow and harvest according to ancient ritual and practice - honoring the spirit of the plant and its ecosystem.
Through the wisdoms passed down from Mayan elders, I am honored to hold space for people who are ready to open up to (and be transformed by!) cacao.
