Cacao is is a heart-opening medicine that is completely legal (it's chocolate!), enhances (but does not impair) your senses, and can be enjoyed in myriad settings and across all ages.
Sitting with cacao as sacred medicine brings interpersonal spiritual, energetic, and physical healing .

Structure for
Cacao Sessions
Individual cacao sessions are typically 2 hours long,
The fee will be the typical healing fee + the cost of the cacao (typically $5)
We begin with a cup, drinking and chatting discussing the lineage and history of Cacao. Then you are guided into an inward journey to witness how the spirit of Cacao is helping to bring clarity, healing, ease, and compassionate love to your body and soul. This is the heart opening medicine that facilitates forgiveness and acceptance of the self... it is powerful, and you will be energetically supported by Martha the entire time.
Then we regroup, debrief and discuss integration for the days to come. Martha will follow up with you within a few days afterwards.
Cacao is a sacred medicine that comes from the 20/20 belt across the whole earth. Grown, harvested and sold by indigenous communities across Central and South America, countries in Africa, and South East Asia - this heart medicine is coming out in abundance to meet the needs of our time.
Indigenous communities tend, grow and harvest according to ancient ritual and practice - honoring the spirit of the plant and its ecosystem.
Through the wisdoms passed down from Mayan elders, I am honored to hold space for people who are ready to open up to (and be transformed by!) cacao.
