    The body holds grief, anger, repressed joy and pleasure, fear... my spiritual "professional" experience means I have the roadmap to liberate your body from those burdens and guide you to living an empowered, embodied, and divinely guided life. ​

     

    It also means I am a close listener, careful observer, and wildly creative thinker. My invitations and feedback are heart-centered, intuitive, and rooted in the practical. ​I have 20+ years of using interpersonal conversation with art to help people deepen their self-awareness, sense of connection, broaden perspectives and strengthen critical thinking skills.​My role is to help you reclaim agency in your own lived experience - to show up with presence, confidence, and to know your intuition so firmly that you walk through each day with ease.​​

     

    Those titles mean I have done the work within myself to know how to best walk alongside of you as you go deep into your healing journey... to keep my integrity when holding you through the hard shit and celebrating you through the wondrous expansion.​​​How does it work?
