Breathe with the Banshee is a retreat all about honoring the inner wildness that has been surpassed by societal and ancestral conditioning -- it is time to let the wild one be free and guide participants to reclaiming agency and presence!​
This event requires at least one full day to hold a keen and have time for integration afterwards.

Check Yourself is a four part course that can be taught within a day, or over four days with additional healing modalities, guided journeys, and plant medicine circles (such as cacao) in between. This is meant to give participants a strong start in energetic awareness, cultivating self-reliance and healthy boundaries, while reconnecting with intuition.

Breathwork: whether you want to host a facilitator training, have a breathwork retreat, or have a half-day workshop of breath-for-success, breathwork is an amazing team building and self-actualizing tool that everyone can do! Shamanic Connections: is a four part course that can be taught as a series of short retreats (one day each or weekend long) over a year with supplemental experiences that reinforce the teachings present within - the course guides participants to remember how to live in alignment with the seasons, elements, moon and earth, while maintaining a modern human life.

Ceremonial Cacao circle - this can be modified based on groups spiritual/mental/emotional interests... this is suitable for almost all ages and group types. Learn more on my cacao page.

Rates + Honorarium
Much of what we will plan together will be completely bespoke based on your group size, interests, engagements/activities, and time. ​
When you have booked my time, you will get my full presence and attention. I will be available to support your group through whatever means my medicine is needed - whether it is wisdom share, healing, guided journeys, compassionate witnessing, open listening, nonjudgemental space holding... I will be committed to your group for that time and show up respectfully and prepared.​
These rates are not fixed and will be modified based on plan, materials, and travel:​
1/2 day (4 hours): $400
Full day (8 hours): $800
3-day retreat: $2,400
​​speaker honorarium: $250 plus travel and lodging costs
